CFO & COO Klaus Wuertenberger leaves Berlin Heart
Berlin, 23 May 2007. Berlin Heart’s General Manager (CEO) Dr. Rolf Kaese today announced that General Manager and former CFO Klaus Wuertenberger is leaving the company to pursue other interests. This had already been agreed upon in October 2006 when Berlin Heart was acquired by Syscore, a company focusing on long-term investments in the medical technology sector.
Since joining the company in 2001, Klaus Wuertenberger has made many important contributions to the company’s growth and was actively involved in the sale of Berlin Heart to Syscore. “We would like to thank Mr. Wuertenberger for his commitment to the company’s success and wish him all the best for his future”, says Ulrich Stroeher, Chairman of the Advisory Board.
Dr. Rolf Kaese and Dr. Dipl.-Ing. Johannes Mueller continue to serve as the company’s General Managers.
