Berlin, 8 January 2007. In the course of the acquisition by Syscore GmbH, the plans to change the legal structure of the company were announced. As of 14 December 2006 the change of the legal structure has formally taken place.

The company now operates under the name Berlin Heart GmbH and is registered in the Commercial Registry of the local court Berlin-Charlottenburg under the HR number B 105245.

Dr. Rolf Kaese (CEO), Dr. Johannes Mueller (CSO), and Klaus Wuertenberger (CFO and COO) from the former Board of Management have been appointed as General Managers.

The company’s newly founded advisory board comprises Ulrich Stroeher (chairman), Sylvia Stroeher, Dr. Matthias Herter, and Professor Dr. Roland Hetzer from the German Heart Institute Berlin.

The business address and all existing contact details remain unchanged.

Berlin Heart GmbH is the successor of Berlin Heart AG and will assume all rights and responsibilities resulting from contracts and agreements made with / by Berlin Heart AG. Therefore changes of the contractual relationships are not necessary.
