Berlin, 26 February 2008. The Chairman of the Advisory Board, Ulrich Stroeher has announced that the CEO and management spokesman is leaving the company to pursue other professional interests. Dr. Kaese is leaving the company at his own request, having experienced differences in long-term strategical issues with the company’s associate Syscore GmbH.
After leading Berlin Heart since the acquisition through Syscore in 2006, Dr. Kaese has contributed valuably to the re-organisation of the company. “We thank Dr. Kaese for his commitment to the company’s success and wish him all the best for the future”, says Ulrich Stroeher, Chairman of the Advisory Board. Until the replacement of the CEO has been effected, Dr. Dipl.-Ing. Johannes Mueller, a board member will provisionally serve as thecompany’s General Manager, while the members of the Advisory Board, Ulrich Stroeher and Dr. Mathias Herter will provide their support.
