We use a broad modular training program, which can adapt to the individual requirements of any hospital and their specific target group: complete initiation programs for hospitals that wish to introduce a VAD program or short programs for experienced VAD users that wish to use the Berlin Heart device for the first time. These training sessions may be held at your hospital or at our plant in Berlin. Of course we also support you directly in the OR during the implantation. Post-surgery bedside-teachings and instructions for patients and their relatives also add to our service program.

Regularly we conduct our Berlin Heart Users Meeting, in order to encourage an active exchange of experiences between the hospitals.
