   Explanation: As soon as you have called our hotline our medical personnel will be contacted immediately, who will promptly get into touch with you. At the same time our sales dept. shall be alerted.
   
   
3. After you have faxed us the document, you will receive a quotation in writing based on your information. You shall also receive the details of our clinical support and salesman on duty, so that you are able to discuss detailed requests directly with the personnel concerned.
   
   
4. Please confirm our quotation in writing and provide us with a purchase order no. or send an official order.
   
   Explanation: As soon as we have received your order we shall proceed with the delivery of the equipment.
   
   
5. Subsequently you will receive an exact schedule of all relevant details concerning the shipment and arrival of our clinical support.
   
   
6. Please confirm the receipt of this schedule briefly.
